Using a Procurement Card (PCard) to purchase a variety of non-travel, business-related items reduces time and cost for both you and UB. You purchase directly from suppliers.
The requestor must have a current paid appointment at the University at Buffalo before a card can be issued. A new cardholder must attend cardholder training session before receiving the card.
Allow 3 weeks for the card to arrive and receive notification from the Card Programs office.
You will be contacted to schedule a training session. This training is a requirement for the issuance and usage of the PCard.
