Not all brands and types of notebooks, desktops and tablets can be easily supported by the campus IT staff. Contact your information technology support staff for assistance. Find the support staff for your unit, department or academic area.

Shopping in the Insight Punch-Out Without a Quote
Laptops, Desktops, iPads and accessories on the Standard Education Pricelist are available to shop on the Insight Punch-Out found in the ShopBlue Showcase.
Ordering Through Insight With a Quote
Once you have a quote from Insight, you will create an itemized non-catalog order. Please note: custom configured units require an additional mandatory quoting process and will add a minimum 5-7 business days to order processing time.

Restrictions
Apple does not permit the use of personal credit cards for tax-exempt purchases online, via the 1-800 number or in Apple retail stores. You must use a UB procurement card for tax exempt purchases.
Apple Store at Walden Galleria
The Apple Retail Store in the Walden Galleria does not accept purchase orders. You must use your Procurement Card for in-store tax-exempt purchases.
Returns
Apple and related resellers have limited return policies and fees for returned items. As such, return requests are not guaranteed to be approved.
