The University at Buffalo is best able to support your use of computers and other hardware in your role at the university if you follow UB standards and recommendations.
By standardizing on a limited number of configurations, UB obtains a larger discount, can create a custom UB plug and play image for Windows use, and provide a more efficient and consistent level of support at the department level.
