Special Event Transportation Fees to Increase July 1, 2024

Buses

• Seat 39 passengers
• $150.00 per hour/per bus, with a minimum two hours charged, plus a fuel surcharge that is determined once the bus returns and mileage is checked
• $200.00 per hour/per bus, for non-UB affiliates, with a minimum two hours charged, plus a fuel surcharge that is determined once the bus returns and mileage is checked

Shuttles

• Seat 25 passengers
• $150.00 per hour/per shuttle, with a minimum two hours charged, plus a fuel surcharge that is determined once the shuttle returns and mileage is checked
• $200.00 per hour/per shuttle, for non-UB affiliates, with a minimum two hours charged, plus a fuel surcharge that is determined once the shuttle returns and mileage is checked

Requests must be made at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the date of the event. The Parking and Transportation Services office will make every effort to accommodate requests made less than 14 days prior to the event. However, you may be charged premium rates for “last minute” requests. If the request can be accommodated, an email confirmation will be submitted to the event organizer detailing the location(s) of where the event attendees should board the bus or shuttle.
