Has UB given you the tools you need for a successful semester? Join a virtual input session on October 3rd and let us know.

Your voice matters

Your input will help us deliver better technology for students like you, trying to learn in-person, online or anywhere between. We hope you'll help us make the student experience better at UB.

The next input session will be held virtually on Zoom on Thursday, October 3rd from 12-1 p.m. Space is limited.

By actively participating in the input session, you'll be entered for a chance to win $25 Campus Cash.

Feedback leads to results

UBIT and University Libraries rely on student feedback to guide how we invest in technology and resources for students. In the past, students have told us how we can improve the Wi-Fi, offer better tech support and communication about new and changing technology at UB.

A student input session yielded the idea for Tech Squad, a student-focused tech support team that meets busy students anywhere on campus.

In the past, students have also provided feedback that led to ultrawide monitors for your laptop in Silvermana major upgrade of campus Wi-Fi and more.

UBIT also reaches out to students for input through its annual Student Experience Survey, regular meetings with student clubs and leadership, and other events.

UB Information Technology News keeps UB students, faculty, and staff informed about their IT services and showcases creative collaborations between UBIT and the campus community.
