When planning to move or close a laboratory, it’s essential to ensure a smooth transition while prioritizing safety and compliance. P\principal Investigators should inform Facilities of upcoming lab relocations or closures. This helps coordinate properly handling equipment, materials, and hazardous substances, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant process.

  2. After submission, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of your request. 
  3. An EH&S staff member will reach out to you within three business days.
