Michael Hall

This building is behind Kimball Tower that began UB's history as a residential college, Michael Hall now houses Counseling Services.

Edward Michael (1850 - 1951) was a member of the university council for 50 years and chairman of the buildings and grounds committee for the university for 30 years.  He is credited with originating the idea to purchase the Main Street property for the university.
