General Operating Account Request

Clubs and organizations that are not recognized by the seven student governments but are recognized by a university department and have gone through the Student Organization Recognition Process may establish a general operating account.

Before clubs or organizations can set up an account, they must be recognized by the University.

Instructions

  1. Complete all required fields and click Submit Request.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided on the form.
  3. Financial Management will upload your request to Adobe Sign to obtain all necessary signatures.
