Positions at UB are easily managed through a classification process and the classification process helps us post a well-formed job description.
The goal of classifying jobs is to produce consistent job titles across UB that are based on job duties.
All titles at UB are assigned a specific salary grade with a defined minimum and maximum range. The salary ranges may be adjusted annually based on the negotiated contracts, board of trustee resolutions and Research Foundation (RF) central guidelines.
