This in-person workshop will teach you about the principles of influence, trust building and effective communication strategies.
The key to being influential at work is knowing how to position your interpretation of the facts, your opinions and your beliefs with your colleagues so that what they say, do or think is developed as a result of your input. Participants will learn the seven influence principles and how to apply them to the workplace and professional relationships. You will understand how to communicate with team members and colleagues in a persuasive way that helps them understand your viewpoint, your ideas and goals. Whether you are a supervisor, aspiring manager or collaborative team member, this class provides tools to elevate your influence and drive positive outcomes in your workplace.
