The Cheers for Peers program was developed by Human Resources to extend appreciation to campus departments and teams who go the extra mile to support our students and colleagues.
Twice a year (April and November) faculty and staff have an opportunity to nominate a department or team for our Cheers for Peers recognition. Selected departments will receive a surprise visit from HR’s Employee Engagement and Success team with treats and UB swag to thank you for your stellar work. Nomination forms and deadlines will be shared via HR Workshops emails and on this webpage in April and November each year.
